V6 bracelet is the one u want if available and TC clasp is better than BP. But if on a tight budget then BP will do. But the last link side wall will be polished and rest of bracelet not

I'll get the Tc clasp if it's better, thanks. Is the Tc tube and crown correct?? 703 trip lock?

I would use a genuine 703 crown on a WSO tube, I have had very bad luck with TC crowns and have replaced all of mine with genuine.

A lot cheaper than what? A genuine bezel and insert will run you 500$ the SD has no retainer ring like subs do. The bezel connects right to the case.

Bad luck as in failed crowns that just click and don't wind.

My bpsd has failed a waterproof test and so I'm guessing it's the crown/tube as the crystal looks to be fitted evenly and the caseback is tight. I was going to go with a Tc rather than a gen crown and tube or wso tube

Adrian has told me my builds complete and should ship Monday, following testing.
Kid in a candy shop springs to mind.
Pictures (lots) to follow.

Stock BP SD crowns sucks. They are made of brass:

I put my old SD BP stock in water for 5 minutes, at a meter tall.

It was still working well after, but a light of condese was made under the glass.

12 hours after the movement was no longer work, and this was the result:

After my modder has replaced the crown and tube with a TC by performing many other mod.

This watch later passed quietly 5 bar pulsed at 0.7u

Damn! That was only 12 hours in water? That movement looks like it sat in battery acid for 3 days.

No mate, I think I've expressed myself badly because unfortunately English is not my primary language :( .
The watch has not been in water (sea salt water) for 12 hours, but only for 5 minutes.
When I came out of the water it was still working well with a little condesation under the glass, but after 12 hours since I was out of the water of the beach the watch was dead.
Then when i opened the caseback then i found this.
It takes a small amount of salted water to create this I think.
Fortunately the dial, the hands, the date disk , were all saved and remained intact

Everyone that owns a rep and plans on exposing it to water needs to learn how to remove a case-back and stem and how to grease the the rubber gaskets around the case-back and stem. This will almost guarantee that your rep will be ok for swimming and showering with it on. Assuming your crystal is seated properly you should be fine. Chrono owners should take special care to have their pieces pressure tested, as the added pushers can compromise the seals in the case.

You would think so but I greased crown/tube and case back gasket and tightened it with a caseback tool and it leaks like a sieve!!! Don't assume it will be watertight get it checked first!!!

unclear is actual latest Case situation 4 me, there are 2836-Case´s with 2836 -> but it rumors acutally are often 2824 modded Mvt with spacers to fit in 2836-case on the market

:idontknow:latest SD release works with SA3135, normally there should be several differen cases around, regarding Stem High and so on - pls correct me if im wrong

Is it possible to bring a bit light and transparency in the darkeness?

Thanks for clarification :nerd:

Are you planning to where it as is or do you have any thoughts of adding gen or tc parts now or in the future?

Searching a watch for modifications and looking for decent base rep.

The spacer topic of 2824 Mvt in 2836 case sounds a bit strange in my view, but maybe there is in fact a smart feasiblity to assembly this somehow,
on the other hand is obviously an 3135 case availabel - i assume correct stem high possible Yuki upgrade or TC-H4 Mvt. with Holder to fit 3135 cases,
all others cases seems to be 2836-low incorrect stem rep-cases.

Thanks for advice, helpful hints and support :nerd:
