I received my BP 16600 today. I don't really like the crystal.
I found a couple of gens, but they are quite expensive.
Any other options? I've heard something about the Clarck crystal.

Do any of you have some experience with it?

Personnaly don't have any experience of Clarks crystals, although many members replace theirs with a Clarks - wether its an improvement is debatable. Going Gen would obviously be the best .
Good to see you've got a replacement insert - the one on the watch is ugly!

Just FYI the gen/Clark/gen spec xtal isn't a direct fit

Damn Thrasher I can't get over how amazing the xtal and case shaping look on that thing. As soon as I get a couple other projects done and free up some funds mine is going straight to Adrian with a copy of your pictures and a note saying "DO THIS PLEASE."

Adrian is the best, compared with gen and is spot on, the Gen xtal mod, Gen bezel assembly, CG's mod ...

As he said ^^ Adrian is the one who can do the mod.

My case with gen xtal

Great picture. First time I have actually "seen" the gen crystal mod clearly. The vertical portion of the gen crystal looks totally different than the rep. Turbo350z can you put a digital caliper on that badass watch?. I am curious on the caseback to top of the crystal thickness.

Drooling over this till mine arrives ;)

Your xtal shape looks different than mine. Seems to have more slope to the angle of the bevel.

It's kinda weird, I find this watch on my wrist most of the time over my TC's, BPFF, Pams, LMPO, etc.

Not as flashy as my Noob V6S, no cyclops like my TC's.

An all around easy to wear watch anywhere including work.

Water resistant tested to 5ATM too.

And if I dent or ruin it, $238 plus S/H plus water treatment is a lot easier than busting a TC.

It's a perfect everyday watch and draws less attention than a sub I think
