I would also get the tc dwo v4 to ensure perfect date alignment. The dial you can leave as is unless there's any problems with your bp dial. It's better to put a 2836 in your bpsd though otherwise the movement sits too far away from the dial making it hard to align the date and makes the date recessed. You should talk to adrian about doing your mods for you and he can also build you a custom click spring for just a few dollars more

After selling first BPSD, I knew it was a mistake and had to get another one. Picked this one up last week w/ a TC 16600 dial/hands and gen insert and Swiss ETA.. Spent a good amount of time sanding the insert but I noticed that the dial has some scuffs so I'm looking to purchase another TC 16600 dial/hand set as well as new DWO for better alignment.
But for now, here she is in all her glory.

I have TC dial and hands if you need em. Brand new
Not guaranteed for TC dial, some fit some didnt,but always have the way to work it out. For hands, it will fit eta or clone.

Well, she has finally grown on me. All of the headaches and problems. Movement mainly.
My hands are annoying me now. Looking to get the TC set. The green is weird and sickly looking on the stock. My dial has a dot at 4:30. I cannot unsee it.

Man its such a great watch. I get excited everytime I see someone post a wristies. You are right, the hands are terrible. I pulled my tc parts out of the drawer two days ago and compared the hands, night and day.Well, she has finally grown on me. All of the headaches and problems. Movement mainly.

As per all the information I read I can change hands for TC hands sets as well as crown and tube for TC crown and tube set without previous mods, I have a classic BPSD with a 2824-2. Please confirm that and I will order TC parts.
Also someone can correct me if I'm wrong but if you have a 2824 with short canon pinion and long tube hands you may not be able to simply swap the hands without changing the cannon pinion on your movement.
