Hey what do you guys think? Is it worth getting an aftermarket gen spec crystal and doing the crystal mod on my particular example? What benefit will I get? Is it worth an extra $150 on my build?

Also I'm curious what are your opinions on the click spring mod? Will I notice a significant improvement? My bezel doesn't have play but the click is weak. Are there any replacement bezel options besides gen?

Definitely no flash, could be lighting. I don't think it's frosted but I'll check when I get home. I'll take regular photo in normal room lighting and post.

One thing for sure I know if adrian does the crystal mod it will be water resistant. I think that's a benefit in itself.

I have seen some gen's same as yours and some lower. So not a real tell. To me, it was the clarity of a gen xtal. BP is a little blurry. Also the camfer.

Thanks for feedback, that's what I thought. Now I just need to decide if that's worth $150 to me and if a jandk (what adrian recommend ) will provide that much of an upgrade

This is like the build from hell and really Adrian has saved the day it just seems bad luck is all over this watch and after all the work Adrian has put in and all the money I have spent there is no way I'm going to settle for a dirty dial. Oh well as long as Adrian dosent get frustrated I have endless patience.

I have 600+ in my BPSD. My bracelet looks like it was dragged behind a car, I found a water stain looking dot near 4 o'clock looking at pics the other night, and the movement has been repaired twice now. And, I was just told yesterday that he does not think the ETA stamping "looks right". I will be posting some pics of the movement when I get it back. Should be tonight. Crap I see it too. Maybe it's just the picture. Is that a wso crystal? Frik that crystal looks unbelievable compared to the stock bp crystal. that settles it for me, I need to change the crystal, it changes the watch

Ps. Your bpsd looks incredible. It's amazing.
