BP 16710 with VR3186

Hello everyone,

I'm interested in the BP 16710 and was planning to buy it with the SA3186 then switch to a VR3186 later.
But recently I saw messages on this forum and on Reddit that the BP 16710 has been updated with VR (like the 5 digit sub).

Does someone as some information on this matter or ordered a BP 16710 recently?

The BP 16710s that Andrew has posted right now at his website (Trusty) do not have the VR3186.

I have had two BP 16710's delivered from factory with VR3186's. BP is updating their line-ups with VR movements.

That’s great news! But it’s a good idea that anyone buying a BP right now should ask for, and confirm they are getting, the update with the VR3186 movement.

I bought them from other members as catch & releases. But, it seems that BP is now wholly making their Rolex clone series with VR movements. I would just confirm with whatever TD you are choosing to buy from. Most are able to take the caseback off and send you a QC.

I have ordered one from geektime as well, who stated they are vr3186 now. I'll post photos of the movement when I get QC in here for someone more experienced then myself to identify

Just get whatever one you can she swap the insert to Coke. It’s super easy

The coke has to have the vr 3186 movement with the correct stack and red gmt hand. or the 3285 with the crown etched at 6 o'clock to be right im having a problem finding that exact combo.

They don't make them with a 3285 that would be a totally wrong movement. 3186 is correct.

You can get the VR3186 with either Pepsi or Coke. I've had both.

Yeah thats what I have been told. I pmd c time and are and they said it wasn't available

Black, Coke and Pepsi have the same hands. Get whatever you can with the VR3186 and just swap the insert for $20
