Is that a 24-hour dial? I know that seems a silly question as the dial is labelled to 24, it's just not something I've seen often.

I think it might freak me out trying to tell the time!

It is a gen bro. Glycine makes 24 hour movements (called Purist) and 12 hour movements like this one. The 24 hour markers on this dial are for the GMT hand, so along with the bezel you can observe 3 time zones simultaneously.
