Mate, this are dias of the bezel insert only or bezel itself? 7.6mm is prob bit too wide for the insert..

Just measured again, only insert. Again got 38.2 OD. Got as 30.7 ID this time (Measured 3 times previously and had 30.6).

7.5mm still sound too wide?

7.5 / 2 means insert is 3.75 on the one side, sounds possible but it's a bummer after all - I was hoping for a swap of sub 5-digits insert.

Thanks anyway!

Sorry man. Maybe someone else could chime in. No idea if there would be any slight variance within the model? I haven't measured any of my 5-digits to compare. How close is it?

Recent batches (or old stock is resurfacing due to raids), are showing ZF is back to using long stem tube and recently bezels misprinted at the 3 oclock bezel marker.

First post I saw was on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/RepTime/comments/mh6kdu/psa_zf_bb58_3pm_bezel_marker_issue/ Everything posted from the last month seems to be off, here's another: https://www.reddit.com/r/RepTime/comments/m1flcd/qc_bb58_zf_puretime/. Going back to before the January raid, ZF on black and blue seemed to not have this bezel issue, and blue doesn't seem to have it currently: https://www.reddit.com/r/RepTime/comments/lwawpe/any_help_on_this_qc_of_this_postcny_zf_bb58_would/, https://www.reddit.com/r/RepTime/comments/k54izb/qc_zf_bb58_blue_258_shipped_from_hontwatch/

Hi guys
I just became a new happy owner of a ZF BB58. I bought the watch M2M here.
I’m wondering a couple of things:
1) the watch doesn’t wind buttery smooth. There is some resistance when winding and you can hear some squeaking noise. Is is common with ZF watches and is this an easy fix for a watchsmith?
2) I’ve read that some members have modded the watch to reduce the long tube.. any watchmith doing that on the forum? Risky?
3) I want to buy a gen like Nato strap. Some members have recommended C&R fifty. Any other brand out there with similar product ?
Thanks a lot!

I believe 6-digit and YM inserts are 38mm / 30.7mm, if you wanted to go for something funky. Dunno about thickness or taper though

Does anyone have any updates on the misprinted bezel issue mentioned earlier? is it still a problem?

Just got my QC pics of the beauty today... I am verry satisfied, from what I can see, just the tube seems to be a bit to long?!?

It wouldn't bother me that much. I had a gen BB Black with Inhouse Cal, but it was a bit to chunky for me. That one should be just right.

Some watchsmith with a timegrapher may be able to regulate it without needing a full service for $10-20 or something

The BB58 has a clone ETA 2824 movement. You can regulate it by turning the screw in the image below. One marker is ca. 5 secs, either + or - , in a 24 hour period.

Hey guys,

I enjoy my BB58 very much and absolutely love the watch & the bracelet. I have zero complaints and the watch runs great. But some days ago I heard about lume issues where the whole lume fell off the dial. Seems like it were only newer bb58 having the issues. Did anybody of you had any issues so far with the lume?

best regards
