They need a better lighting setup. This way because the markings with 3D bezels it might give optical illusions and unwarranted doubt.
What you need to do though is sit away from your computer (or use your browser zoom out function) and look at it at aproximate reallife size to look for obvious flaws. You can't really be zooming in 400% and nittpick all that much if you care to keep the rep scene alive.
If you're not sure about something ask for a new set of shots in different lighting and/or orientation of the watch first. That said, I think your worries regarding the marker at the 3 o'clock position are warranted.
I couldn't tell very obvious flaws on mine. If you looked very closely you might be able to tell some rough finishes on the hands and maybe the dial appeared to be slightly rotated like half a degree (but on further inspection, most watches I saw looked about the exact same). I'll be looking into doing a watchmaker's workshop course, so maybe I can tinker on em if I do notice something's a bit off and give it a nice first service myself.
