This one is m2m. Got another one coming from toro, my go-to dealer. But went through couple qc rounds with them.

Yes, in my opinion it’s very difficult to find a nice unit like yours ... crown tube is like gen
I think the same
Maybe the next v3 can be a super-rep ...
It’s a shame, because the crown tube is very ease to fix and it’s the main flaw IMO ...

I got the Gen. It is worth buying and owning the gen in the long run. The rep is impressive but it is easy to spot the Bezel markers (the most easiest tell) and any other imperfections like dial color, indices inconsistent lume, BTW, ZF reps are known to have a lighter shade of black/grey than the Gen. The rep however, is good to get for the every day wear and tear.

The gen movement is impressive even on its own.
Yes very very impressive. Smooth as butter @ rates of 0s/d 0.0-0.1ms beat error at 28800bph
Yes, lighter dial color, bezel markers, gold tone bezel pearl instead of silver..
Just to clarify, both gen and rep pearl shroud is rg not silver.
Gen dial appears darker and also has he slight texture compared to rep. Gen markers are the slightest bit thicker and extend more to the bezel edge than rep.

Just got the QC pics, can you help me with 2 things?
1) do you think the bezel alignment is ok? Idk about the red triangle, it seems a little off. And how about the 12 hour marker and the tudor shield?
2) timegraph says it is running +13s/d. It seems a little to much imo.
What do you think? Should i RL it?

I think it's the angle. But just ask for a couple of angles.

I am a Rolex guy. Sold my Franken to save up for a gen. Bought the 58 as a daily beater just to get me over untill my gen purchase.
But I got to say, it's the most versatile watch i ever had. It goes with leather, NATO, and this latest purchase from blushark.
I like it. A lot.
