Big troubles with Puretime - Need help

Today my next order from PT arrived. It was the IWC Big Pilot and a Hublot Box. The IWC is ok, but the Hublot Box is damaged. Maybe a transportation damage. Angus how can we solve htis.
Well, not to pile on - but I ordered an Omega SMP Chrono and a Ladies Tag Aquaracer from PT a few months back. Even emailed to ensure they were in stock...
When I got the requested QC pics, the SMP Chrono looked fine, but the Tag wasn't even close to the model that I had ordered. When I emailed back with the issue, they said that was the only one they could give me - take it or leave it. I chose to leave it, and I have yet to ever see that money again.
Oh, and the SMP Chrono arrived with a broken clasp. Of course, I emailed about that, and was told I'd get one in the mail. Needless to say, it has yet to arrive...that was in April.
I agree with the previous comments - customer service is great...until they get your payment, then it is worthless.
I've already lost too much money at PT. Never ordering from there again...

OK. I'm going to say what I've been thinking for a very long time:
PureTime sucks. I would never order from them.
I'm glad some of you guys get your stuff, but too many don't and are kicked to the curb if there's any problem.

Okay - tried the link. Have never seen that one before...
Also, need to post a correction - I was completely mistaken. My issue was with Timeshop (not Puretime) - specifically dealt with "Mark". Since it happened back in May, I've moved the family, changed jobs, etc...guess I'm scatter-brained now. Looking at watches (and this site) is my only release from the craziness lately - guess it's all running together now.

Today arrived my last order from PT. And the troubles continues.
I have ordered a Date Just Ladies in 35mm. And although Angus knowed that i have troubles with my orders and he said that he take a look at my orders, so that all will gone ok, there is the next problem.
I get today a Date Just Ladies in 28mm.
There is really something wrong with PT.

I’m sorry for my honesty saying this. It may be something wrong with PT as you say, but what is evident is that there is something wrong with you!
Is really hard for me to understand why you keep ordering from PT if you are having troubles with your orders from the first one!
I start thinking that you are making all this up, where are the QC from PT and your pics for us to compare?
