ok, just made order with Angus :D

Congrats on the order!!! You will notbe disapointed with it! Just took some pics of the new crystal installed and will post in a few minutes. For the pics you can't see much difference, but in person it's much better now! Only thing to do now is wait for the DW and change it.
The only thingthat is bothering me SO MUCH is what my watchsmith said today, about getting off the hands to do the change and when putting them back on the watch, they could be a little loosen and perhaps fall off, even it's a minor possibility... anyone knows anything about it?!

Thanks!

Here I am again with some news of the crystal... It looks better than the stock one, and the blue reflections are still there, but weaker...
It really improve the look of the watch, reducing a lot the blueish of it.
The thickness is almost the same, didn't know how better this is, I think if it not be the same, maybe 1mm thicker, and that's it.
It's very hard to see the difference by the pics, but I can guarantee to you that it definetly looks better now.

Lets go for some pics...there are two of the strap too...

Thank you for viewing this and I hope I could have helped someone here to make a good decision...

Cheers,
Marcelo.

Wow that crystal looks great. The height is good and I think the blue tint is supposed to be there for other models.....

You made it sound bad, but I'm happy to get the same crystal.

É essa aí mesmo!!!
You're right, that's the correct DW!

Can anyone help solving thisHUGE doubt, regardingthe fact that the hands could be kind of loosen when reassembling them back on the dial?!

Thanks!

just today i went to my watchsmith and asked him about this; he said that NO problem at all and that it's normal to remove and put back hands, so don't worry ;)

It really looks great, it's a very good improvement for the watch... The blue tint is VERY light and the thickness is better, not that much but it's thicker.
NowI'm just waiting for the DW and a little worried about the loosen hands issue when reassembling the watch back....

Today we have a very hot sunny day in São Paulo - Brazil, so I decided to take the all black for a ride...
See the results:

The first two show the thickness of the crystal, I'm satisfied with that, and the AR is incredible...

Thanks!

The good thing is that the hands won't get lost if they are disconnected. You are luckily near a WS.

Hello,

Who is the dealer of that watch?

Thx.

If you read through this thread you will find where the watch is from:
http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/qc-video-72269
:)

Here is the info pasted from that thread:
I always ordered my watches from Jimmy (watchcollecterhk) at [email protected]

He is a very nice guy (I think he is registered in RWI, but it's better for you to send him an e-mail), very honest and easy to deal with.
Until now, I bought 15 watches from him and had any kind of problem!

Oi replikmaster, sou brasileiro também!

I say do not worry about the hands getting loose by removing and reinstalling them. I've done this several times with many of my watches, big bangs included, and I have never had one single problem. What should worry you instead is breaking off the post of the chronograph minute counter wheel. This wheel - along with others - has to be removed when you swap the date wheels, and breaking its post is very easy. I myself have managed to break two of those, but I also managed to fix them using hypodermic syringes. Having the appropriate tools to remove the gears involved in transferring the minute counter from 12h to 3h is a must, but even then it is risky because the gears lie in difficult to reach positions. Your watchsmith - and you - should be aware of this potential problem.

If you don't mind me giving you a hint, try and apply a tiny drop of oil to the wheels' posts a few minutes before removing them. This procedure might alleviate the risk of breaking off the posts. When reassembling the gears, carefully clean the posts to remove the oil.

Agora uma curiosidade: vc nunca teve problemas com alfândega brasileira? Ou tem algum esquema?
