I know that the bezel of the Ice Bang II is made from tungsten, but what about the bezel of the Ice Bang I ? Is it made from brushed steel or titanium? And which bezel has a more dark colour - the Ice Bang I or Ice Bang II bezel?

I'm not the expert you're asking for, but I thought the old v1 ultimates had the steel
bezels, an old batch of v1 lites had the steel
bezel and the latest batch titanium, i recall some topics about it only vaguely so let an expert join in :)

Not an expert either, but I got an Ice Bang from Sead with brushed Ti bezel a long ago, and I also have an Ice Evolution with W bezel. The brushed Ti looks a bit darker than the brushed W to my eyes.

The darker one is definitely the tungsten. It's also 10 times better looking, doesnt scratch...
why are you asking?
I've been trying to source a tungsten bezel like the one I have on my V5 to put on my V1lite (1.5)... if anyone had any lead... let me know

OSX, have any vague idea, how much can cost a tungsten bezel? And about the colour is tungsten darker than titanium or viceversa? :p

Brushed W? What's W?

LOL, OSX, decide yourself...first you said that tungsten is darker, and now you say that titanium seems to be darker. I'm puzzled, as I can't say based on the pics which one is darker... :(

Haha... that's true... when it comes to deciding what dark is the darkest... I am not that good, am I. You've got the pics anyway... can you now enlighten me on your matter about the darkness of those bezels. Why does that matter?
in my opinion... The tungsten feels more gen like.

The darker, the better, because I think that a darker bezel would match better with the black ceramic case... Just my 2 cents.

well, then that's just wrong... the tungsten bezel is 1 million time better looking... It's just like comparing gold to plated gold IMO.

I cannot see any differences between gold and plated gold, otherwise than the fact that the last one is fading with time...

there is not much you can tell watchcollector ;)
... that was an example, and I can tell straight away if a watch is made of real gold or if it's plated...

The W bezel looks better indeed, but definitely lighter (not darker) than Ti. Please note that we're discussing which dark is darker, and that the difference is rather small - maybe unnoticeable? However, as an owner of both the W and Ti bezels, I think that the Ti bezel matches the hour markers and chrono pushers of the Ice Bang Evolution better than the W bezel which comes with the v5 watch.

that really must be the same thing... anyway, the V6 is about to come out... it will be the best ever hublot, with platinium plated movement and raised xtal... I have the V1 lite

and I would recommend it, but there is better arround the corner... for 400 - 500 usd
