Bezel and Dial Review of ZZF V2S 116610LV Submariner and Comparison vs. Gen, ARF V3 and Noob V10

Received my QC today.
Right lug seems to have a gap. idk if this fact would annoy me on wrist. The 12 o c marker seems uneven to me. But what bothers me is the clasp. This could be really annoying.
i asked for detailed pictures.
What you guys think?

Yeah I agree with @japer... it’s obviously your choice as to what makes you happy, but think it looks good.

For what it’s worth, i greenlit mine that I recently ordered, and I also had that thin gap on the side of the lug on the top right. Looking at the QC pics others have posted to this thread, that seems to be a pretty widespread thing, I figure it shouldn’t be noticeable when we actually receive them.

So got my watch back from Domi. He actually fixed the pearl as you can see here:

It’s still not dry so the lume looks a little bit odd:

He said that the „hole“ should go away when it’s dry. I hope so haha.

I already wrote that the watch was not waterproof. Domi found the reason. My other watchsmith „damaged“ the gen crystal

That was the reason why it wasn’t waterproofed. He fixed it with glue so now it’s waterproof 30m.

I‘m happy now just hope I will get the lume on the pearl once it’s dry..

Glad it worked out! Looking awesome.

You should get some kind of refund from your other watch... guy. I hesitate to call him a watchsmith with that shoddy work.

Is it just me or arf looking better?

I wouldn't say better as they each have their own flaws. You just have to pick which flaws you can live with - which is why I ordered the ARF. Dial and bezel wise, from the video, they look pretty darn close to me.

No, do not do it, unless you plan to have them relumed.

ARF lume is ultra white, smooth and flat. They’ll stand out against the lume plots of the dial and make the watch look more fake.

The ZZF lume appears to be very gen like in texture and colour, gen hands matched the LN very well. [mention]botsyboy [/mention] installed them on his. I think Another member here has gen hands on his hulk.

The clasp code instead of being all lower case from what I can see has a capital C now so it reads C4r. With lower case r

I think it is a V3 clean bezel insert but I could be wrong.

You mean the lume mix is still drying? Shouldn't you not be wearing it while it dries and hardens?

I can confirm the ZZF dial lume and gen hands lume color goes well matched under different lighting conditions. Pics below.

CF dial and hands. I agree, they match 90%. The gen is a little more creamy. But not that noticeable.
