Very easy:

If you like green sub, buy green sub, this ZZF V2s is the best one you can buy besides the gen.

If you like black sub, buy black sub.

IMO they are two completely different watches.

If you only worried about the gen-like of your new submariner, I would suggest the 116610LN is a better idea

This thread like lots of the others here just shows you this rep hobby Seem to create a slightly paranoid mindset. I see so many watches out and about (maybe not now lol) I’ve never ever been close enough or care enough to see of one is a fake, only ones that ever stand out that you might see are the dhgate level stuff you can see those, they look all wrong.

I think these high end reps are more a niche thing. I’ve not met anyone (yet) who knows this forum or the others or that these watches exist. Proof of that is various comments on comparison vids on you tube.

fake watches (for most people) are things you pick up on holiday, in markets or from street sellers. Cheap crap.

Anyone can afford a genuine now, all the stores do finance.

I’ve not met anyone with a negative mindset that would assume your watch is fake either I think that’s a thing for younger kids. I’ve only ever received compliments on watches I wear. Gen, franken or rep. on the most part people just don’t care.

Stick your watch on and enjoy!
