Here is the info that will help you decide. Clear winner is the 005 as the 380 is borderline super rep (at best) while the 005 is a super rep. Go with the 005 from Noob (in my opinion).

There are PAM 005 replicas from regular dealers and from DSN. The 2011 generation of reps is very good and we can consider that the reps K & M-series from H maker and M & N-series Noob are Super reps.
The sausage dials in these 2011 versions (as usually) and crystal of H maker seem better but the rest of the watch is better in Noob.
From October 2012 Noob factory has introduced a V2 version of PAM 005 N-series.
This version has corrected thickness of lume markers (even it is a little thick), but in general it is more accurate than previous versions either H maker or Noob. See comparisons on below pic:
This V2 Noob version is even fitted with a Replica of the Pamerai OPII movement with flat-top bridges making the replica more accurate although the solid caseback and features the nice CG and the Pre-V type hands of PAM 111 V3 from Noob.
Being purist, these replicas are better than PAM 111 ones, because the solid caseback doesn’t allow to see the evident flaws of Y shape Incablock, some faults in the Swan Neck and other flaws in the movement.
Starting 2013 H maker introduces its N-series version V2, with the corrected OPII movement and thicker markers (similar to Noob)

On April 2013 Kuvarsit releases a PAM 005 N-series. In a first impression the case seems the same as new KW Luminor Boutiques, now under review from Klockis and ALE
We have not evaluated yet the dial but it seems that the markers are a little thicker than gen. But seeing the quality of the lume application in Boutiques dial surely it is a very high quality too. Strangely hands are not Pre-V type. We will see future evaluations.
A perfect candidate for a first Panerai replica.

The PAM 380 seems the same as PAM 183 and actually is similar, but sports “OP†logo on the dial and has Sausage black dial instead Sandwich dial like the 183. This logo watch is to the Radiomir series the same as logo PAM 005 is to the Luminor series. This is the first Radiomir to have the OP logo on the dial. In 2012 has been introduced another Radiomir Logo: the PAM 424 with Brown California dial.

The high price and collectible pre-Vendome 5218-201/A, 5218-209/A and PAM 000-005-318-195-360-380-424 are the only available Panerai watches with the legend OP Logo.
Fortunately for the replica fans and makers this model has solid caseback because the movement OP II is not used in replicas, apart from the DSN reps which are fitted with Swiss OP II in some Display caseback models (but not in this case). All replicas N-series from H maker and DSN are First Class reps. The replicas from H maker are bordering on Super reps.
Please note in H maker a little difference gen-rep in the spacing R-A in PANERAI inscription on dial. Really it is not a different space, it is just a diffrent "R" font, because "R" in gen is wider than usually (like in Boutiques Special Editions) and then the space is shorter in gen, but the complete inscription PANERAI has the same length in gen and rep.
