Here are some pics from tonight. I weighed him again tonight and he is just over 40 pounds. It's hard to get an accurate reading because he doesn't want to be held too much.
Michelle is the only one that could pick him up at any time of the day. Once in a while he will let me. Bobcats like I said before are very skinny in the summer. barely eating. But in the winter they gauge themselves with food and actually get quite obese. So far Benji has gained almost 15 pounds this winter.
It's ok, because that's just what bobcats do. It's a natural thing because in the winter food is scarce for them so they eat all they can and bulk up. He will lose all of that extra weight first thing in the spring.
