I voted NO.

Members can do far worse things that deserve the attention and effort of the staff than posting QC pics. You can do two things if you see a post that violates the rules which includes posting QC pics when it is not allowed (in the PAM section ALE allows it for new models to get a feel for the general quality of the rep, but those are limited), either ignore it or report it.
