I have a same model in RG. I'm looking for swapping with gen hands too. It is a beautiful time piece indeed and the chance to see a real one is almost nil I guess unlike sub or Pams. But still want to have real hands...

That's the first thing that came to my mind but I doubt someone has done that, it's a pretty expensive watch to mess up. I ask a TD before if they can do that and she said no.
