What a shocker! (Told ya so...)

If that is what they call anthracite it's a pass from me. Too close to my FC and not as good either. These guys should pay a bit more attention to these details like getting the color and materials right rather than pushing one dud after another out the door. The BB was great- The FC 44 also. I've had my titanium Schumi for a week or so and I think it is as good as any of them. However, the plethora of models spewing forth makes one think- who is buying all these?

Why oh why did they change from grey to black? Allthough the grey was wrong, it was better than this result. Now I fear the factory is not interested in our good and knowledgable advice, they give nothing on it.
So if they want 700+ for these AP reps .... better do it right the first time .... next time.

Arrrggh.... I am so disapointed, angree and the whole story leaves me shake my head.

I will.. but ....only once the dial colour is sorted ...

It really does seem to be the time to vote with our pockets in order to get the accuracy we want and deserve and the facs are well capable of .... It's the only real tool we have... !!

Sorry, but I need to commend here as well ... copied from RG.
This release has got the completely wrong dial color ... the one that was shown weeks ago (see above) had a grey dial..... well, that was wrong as well , should be anthracite. But the released watch got a black dial now and that is deffo a fail.


I know that JF is discussing with dealers because nearly all members interested in this piece, on the fence for a purchase, money ready....they will hold back as 700$ for a dial fail (AGAIN), is way too much money to waste.


Hope JF will correct this .... if not, I am out of JF business untill he listends to the WIS who know about AP and their stuff.

Markiemark's QC pics show a dial that is better than the one on the previous page from madred7, but still lacks the life that the anthracite should have. Perhaps we are kidding ourselves if we think J12 or Noob cares enough to get the dial "spot on". I've had an on again off again relationship with ordering this and yesterday's dial pics flicked the off button, and that is weird considering I've bought the RG Schumi and the LeBron. These QC pics however are beginning to put my finger back on that order button. Just don't know if there is enough difference between this and my FC44.

As rnrprof mentioned it's just to close to the FC44 ... The anthracite dial made a purchase worth while and different ...
