yep. the athaya 702 crown and tube will fit the bi case perfectly and comes with the gasket ready
I replaced it with a bezel insert and an Aliexpress crown that I had on hand for now.

My view differs slightly from yours.

I see the same rehaut edge on the two Vietnamese cases I have.
I think this is because the edge of the rehaut appears thicker from the front of the case.
The two have different plexi.
This is not resolved by replacing the plexi.

Also, if it is the same Vietnamese case I have, I believe the lug holes are already 1.3mm.
In the first picture @Yushang Jiang posted, the PIP has already been replaced.

I confirm that a crystal change would be good and solve your visual issue

You need a Tropic 19 crystal

The lug shape and bezel are very nice. This is a good case.

Maybe needs to redrill the lugholes to 1.3mm and adjust the springbars
I reshaped the rehaut, now it looks pretty thin and clean.

Athaya's crown has arrived.

I may need to modify the hole in the tube for the gasket because there is a little gap.

I hope to work on it when I have time.

Is it an optical illusion due to the crystal shape, or is there a larger gap than usual between the insert and the crystal ?
There is a small gap due to the height of the bezel and plexi.

This looks like this because we used a lower low dome than those of clark and sternkreuz.

The 5513 on the right has an Athaya crown.
The thickness is different.

I love thinner crowns on these builds. Excellent pic to show the difference!
In case I missed it, what's the advantage with using a VR3130? Hand options? Similar movement characteristics? I'm assuming these build's would've had a 15xx movement, correct?
Beautiful build either way!

Most people use a2824 but I have a hard time with the 2824 keyless problem.
Also, the dial, the need for a movement spacer, and the ghost position of the date position are troublesome.
These are the reasons why I prefer the VR3130.
I used Raffles or sillan 16610ln hands.

Much appreciated. I definitely understand keyless issues!
I now use two methods for that:
1) no matter what, dont take out the stem. It's actually easier than you think... until you need to resize for the crown you are using.
2) Use a big screwdriver to release that devil, and make sure your screwdriver is straight up and down after 4 or 5 verifications. (I believe the common Red size is the ideal driver for that gamble.)
After repairing one or two, I researched every option to avoid taking apart something that shouldn't have that flaw.

Does the VR not need a spacer, or more importantly, do your dial feet fit with that setup?

Spacers are not required for Bi vintage5513 cases.

The dial feet do not fit VR3130.
You can either re-fit new feet or attach them to the movement with double-sided tape.
