GENE V A problem was not there in JF.

ARF has now GENE V A


is it because the JF Gray is not yet sold out ?

So ARF intentionally make this flaw in order to increase the sale of JF Gray then?


Could please someone talk to ARF stop it?

marketing.. could use the JF dial and put it on the ARF .. in order to have it in 904 .. so completely identical to the gen .. but do not want because they must necessarily put some flaws ..

That being said. How important is the 904 steel? I own the JF one and own a gen submariner. To me there’s just no difference...

With people suggesting that the dial is the same as the JF..... (which I always considered perfect) Curious to understand whether the ARF now has any flaws on the dial

That is quite obvious isn’t it. Thank you for the comparison photos. Pictures really do tell a thousand words.

so yeah the dial flaw which you constantly can see I would deem as a bigger issue than a closed clasp albeit still not great. A shame really as I was looking forward in the 904 steel. JF it is then.....

The lightning is different, but that's not a problem.
The issue is the ARF 2D flat crown on the dial with wrong oval shape
