ARF GMT 116710 SH3186 photo review

12 o'clock marker is tilted slightly anti-clockwise. Bottom tip should align with coronet center spire.
Nothing is wrong with the date window. The problem is the crystal is rotated clockwise a degree or two. Also the cyclops upper and lower edges are not parallel, so even if the crystal were rotated anti-clockwise so the top edge is level, the bottom edge would still be crooked. Best you could do is "spliit the difference" and it wouldn't be very obvious.
Rotating the crystal takes some effort and is not without risk. The bezel and the crystal retaining ring have to come off, crystal is rotated and everything pressed back into place. I've seen the unparallel cyclops edge issue on some other ARFs, it might be a crystal batch issue.
This one has a straight 12 o'clock marker. It also has the unparallel cyclops edge issue, but it looks OK because the upper edge is level.

Just received my QC. I noticed that the 12pm marker is misaligned and the date window is misaligned too.
Will ask for a straight photo to confirm.

I ordered from ChazingTime since 03 Dec 19. A little disappointed due to the mis-aligned marker and crystal after such a long wait.

how have the ARF movements been so far?
a few people said that they changed it for the VR movement, just wondering if that’s really necessary..

The two flaws you noted are still there. Neither is horrible and would likely be less concerning after you have the watch for awhile. I have a couple reps that have minor flaws which I've worn without noticing the flaws again. You have to decide.

someone got the problem with the ARF that the (Hairspring Balance) is broken?
i was wondering why the hell the watch was going so bad wrong....4-5 hours per day.
now a watchman checked it and said this part is broken.....

Got my QC pics today. Looks like things are back up and running. I’m adding one of my pics for reference only not for QC help.
My TD said They are coming out with it soon. I’ll grab that one also.Those bezel numbers are like the gen ones... been waiting for this for a long time. But will hold out for the Batman
