Hey all, love this thread. I recently purchased the new ARF V3 blue dial DJ41.. However, I wanted to replace it with a gen dial, hands, and datewheel. Therefore I switched to the newest Noob DJ41 so it had the cloned 3235 movement for a nice and easy gen replacement. (Maybe it wasn't exactly needed... but I'm new as this is my first and wanted to be simple).

My main question is, could I purchase a gen DJ2 / 1163xx dial to place in this DJ41 / 1263xx case? Blue gen dials are quite expensive, so may just go silver or white. Also having trouble finding some gen hands. Thanks much guys!

You know that the Gen-DJ2 / 1163xx and DJ41 / 1263xx dials are not visually similar?

They look fairly similar to me. I know the lugs are a little smaller, bezel, and thickness a little are different from what I read. The movement is new, and some dial aesthetics a little. Regardless of aesthetic opinion, will the dials fit between the two cases? I can't find the exact measurements of each dial. This is why I'm asking here to you, the professional.

But even if they fit, you would make a fantasy watch

Each ofc is free to decide forr himself, i am not judging, just pointing a fact

Indeed, agreed. Trustytime doesn't mention what the reference number is that it's supposed to be repping, so I just tried to use the thickness. It say's 12mm, therefore I think it is a DJII instead of a 41. It's a little confusing because I think they call both of them, "DJ2 41" yet it comes with the clone 3235 instead of a 3136. So yea, I'm just a little confused and wanted to make sure if I do end up getting a gen dial they should both fit the inner diameter case and movement. :)

I hate to ask question that may have been answered already but I have read through many of the pages (not all 500 pages) and have not found the answer. Can a Gen dial from a datejust II 116300 work on one these ARF 126334's? I have a particular dial I like from the older datejust II I would like to use on one of these if possible.

That's basically what I was asking. Granted, now I think they are sending me the DJ II vs the 41. If we can find the dial or maybe crystal size we can figure that out. I would bet they are just barely different, but I'd like to know for sure. I've never held either of them in my hand and a lot of pictures are at a slight angle making it hard to judge. Personally I like the dial on both and am not to picky. I'll let you know if I find out for sure.

I see the differences in gen's, I'm having more trouble determining which one I actually ordered is. 116334 or 126334 (Blue dial with lume rectangle indices (which I know the blue is a little different to, and so are the indices it looks like just a bit)). Forgive me, I should have been more specific. I'm just getting a bit dyslexic! lol Since I'm not 100% on which one they are repping, I was hoping to learn the diameter of these version dials should fit the same. Worried since the difference in the watch is more than I originally thought, they are a bit different. Then I really need to learn which one this one is, and I wish the ARF came with the 3235 to ensure easy hands replacement.
