Rhodium DJ41 ARF is 95% as good as gen... maybe 20 pages back there is a comparison from interkativ with gen vs arf...

Very very little difference.

Its one I wouldn't bother replacing with a gen dial... whereas silver and white and blue, gens are superior by a vast margin.

Thanks bro. Now I feel better. Maybe I was carried away to panicing by the 200 pages of datewheel and sel discussions. Btw: My sel and dw are cool for me actually!

I found the comparison. Actually it looks 99% in Interaktivs comparison. Still I wonder why mine was so much darker and really super different on the DJ2. It was a "dark rhodium" dial as advertised and it looked more like the color here in the watchbox vid that Tim posted :

Did they change the color?

In any other means its really a great rep. This is getting next level. My older non franken reps look like garbage to me by now. The quality was really increased a lot.

Just got my QC, does the cyclops look aligned? It looks slightly skewed to me, but I'm not sure if thats just me. Also, the lugs look like they could possibly be a bit "sharper"? Or do they look acceptable. I asked for a few more qc picks of the DW at some other numbers, so I'll wait for those before I proceed, but in the mean time I thought I'd check to see if I'm missing anything else.

Haven't gotten any response from the QC or Ryan when emailing them since I rejected this watch a five days ago, is this normal? They are usually pretty quick with email response times when I bought my other watch, but this is the first one that I've rejected.

Yes it can take few days + it's weekend now in China and Hong Kong as in the rest of the world...

for the new ones quiet hard to get the important sections about which color is gen like, which dw needs to be chosen or is it worth to have prof or gen xtal

A very long thread, I'm already reading many pages but there are still a lot of them Slowly I will begin to understand the defects and strengths of this watch. As an ignorant I say that the thing that most intrigues me to know if it has been reproduced well is the gold bezel.

The "white gold" bezel is produced well. Yellow gold... normal problems. But you can buy the gen versions. (costly, obviously)

I'm interested in the white one or even the smooth one (although in that case you can directly consider the Oyster Perpetual). Is the white gold bezel reproduced in metal of course? Aesthetically and to the touch is it very similar to gen?
Among the "defects" of the rep, therefore, there is no bezel?

It's imo 95% as good as gen, scratches easier than gen is only problem. But in the 6 months I had mine no issues whatsoever. Felt normal, comparable to my genuine.
However, you mention smooth bezel - there is no arf smooth bezel...

What you can do with ARF though... is remove the fake fluted white gold bezel and install a genuine stainless steel bezel. That has been done a few times on here.

I don't want to make changes but use it as it is produced by Arf. Is there a watch face that is closer to the gen? The jubilee bracelet is also made very well, is it correct? ARF is still concidered the best OOTB DJ41, bracelet is very solid. If there is any factory that have better dial? Maybe, probably not. New versions comes every now and then and so does the batches so it's hard to keep up. You could look at TDs and come back if you find any that looks better and it could be discussed. You have plenty of videos on the gen DJ41 on youtube as reference.
