Does anyone know (or have any exampels) if the Roman Numeral dial is compatable when doing a gen dial swap? (specifically a gen blue or wimbledon dial)

As long as it is a 1263XX dial, it will go in the ARF case (with movement holder modding to fit the new dial feet grove). My modder was even able to install a 116334 dial in the ARF case (the silver with blue arabic numerals)

Here you can see the result of gen DW install on stock ARF crystal. Very close to gen but the numbers are slightly to large as you can see (yes I know the left one is not a DJ).
If anyone can make a similar straight overhead comparison with gen DW and gen crystal, that would be interesting.

If there's no conflict between the crystal and the second hand, the crystal gasket could be shaved a little to decrease the cyclops to datewheel distance. It wouldn't take much. This is something I see regularly on crystal swaps - crystal thickness and gasket heights vary so it changes the datewheel magnification.
