No mods, just as is from my TD. I’m very happy with the date wheel, not bold numbers at all. I’m not one to mod a rep tbh. They are what they are and I’m happy with them.

Incorect dial color,incorect dial,incorect hour markers,incorect date window,arf is best especially when you go franken with GEN date disc... this crown what you pictured on 6 o’clock is on newer models but 2016 gen have same like arf so it is not incorect

i think all i need is a gen DW and i am solid with this. This is the ARF 41mm TT from Intime(Ryan).

The dates 1-16 look almost perfect but once the date passes 17-31 it looks very bold.

Anybody knows if the Prof is able to source dj41 with or without lec chrystals? I know he does for subs but i have never heard yet of someone installing a Prof for dj41.

I love my franken silver dial ARF (gen dial, crystal, and dw), but I think I’ve come to accept that it’s too big for my wrist — or rather that the new 126234 36mm would be better for me.

Any ideas when ARF I’ll rep this? I can’t see any gen dials either so looks like I’ll have to wait a while to make this build!

Been couple months since I got my silver datejust 41, and unfortunately I'm totally regretting it now. There are just too many tells. The cyclops is not centered towards the date window, has too much magnification, the date font is too bold, the indices lume too white and the dial colour too yellow, The jubilee bracelet is too stiff - not somewhat flexible like Gen and the crown is not centered and has very stiff actions. I think arf makes great submariner, my two tone is almost perfect out of the box. But their quality of datejust is questionable. since I got the 2824 movement it's not even worth frankening for me. I would stick with BP, JF and GMF in datejusts, ARF for subs if you looking for out of the box quality.

The ARF Datejust 41 is superb. I have a full franken of it... gen dial, gen crystal, gen date wheel and its perfect. As for the other tells, well that's a case of adding gen parts to fix it.

The dial is fine... I had the rep silver and I have the real silver, the difference is marginal at best. But you're right, there is more of a yellow hue on the rep. There is also a slight yellow hue on the gen but not as significant. But it's really not that big a tell. It's only very certain angles in direct light etc.

The datewheel is the biggest upgrade you can do and it costs 125-150 eur + 20-50 eur for install.

Crystal is second biggest upgrade, that's a bit pricey at 300 euros ish.

Just get the date wheel, fix your bracelet. It's a 9/10 rep. With mods... it comes a 10/10 rep easily.

How does one add Gen date wheel to 2824? I'm all down if it actually fits to give it a try since at this point I can't even look at this watch lol. The yellow hue is strong indoors specially at an angle for me.

The yellow hue is likely to more more in your head. I'm not saying it doesn't exist... but I'm saying you're focusing on it too much.
As for the date wheel, have a look on the M2M Sales thread, you're looking for a 3235 date wheel, you can also pm interaktiv
he sources parts and is a top guy/seller. He will also install it for you for 50 eur I believe (don't quote me on that). (Date wheel should be around 150 euro)

I really Need your help. I finally ordered now an ARF DJ 41 from Intime and received the QC Images. It Looks good, but it seems like the rehaut is not centered perfectly. Would you accept the watch?
