Genuine Date Wheel 3235 - (I think it's the 3235 I need?)

Can anyone confirm they are the correct parts?

Also I have heard that the date wheel is hard to come by, are there any alternatives that you can use?

What is ARF’s motivation to fix the DW? This watch is selling like hot cakes...me and many others have purchased it knowing how bad the DW is. For anybody waiting to get one, keep waiting... Put yourself in ARF’s shoes and ask the question, why do I need to fix anything?
