why do you want a watch with an unstable movement? all smoke's updates arf performs with the eta version. if it is your hobby is waiting. Enjoy it
Hi
LaPavel,
I just can't wait two more weeks to get my hands on this beautiful ARF Submariner, so I opted to change to the LV from my LN-order which has the same rock-solid A2428 movement - unless there is a specific detail/news that I missed. Indeed I'd even appreciate if the replicas stay available with "simpler" / more solid movements, especially in a watch where you have a steel caseback and can't see it.
I actually chose the ARF for the "more solid" movement (over NOOB with SA3135 and a lot of reading), although from a technical aspect the SA/SH3135 might be more interesting. I can't dream of magically acquiring the necessary watchsmith skills though, even though I'd be interested to learn this as a hobby. I'd eventually break everything I touch.
I was more referring to "general improvements" being made to a watch that we could call "smoke edition", not that I meant to get something with an unstable movement.
