Another thing I'm noticing is that the 10 and 50 seem to have different gap measurements from the end of the bezel insert (top and bottom). But when looking really closely at the ARF pictures from the website they seem to have the same gap variance so maybe I'm just crazy.

45 is the worst but all these are known flaws and discussed many times

I see what you mean about the 9 marker, it looks like its almost touching the inner edge, but if this is typical for these watches it's fine. Guess adding a gen insert is always an option in the future.

That's what I figured. When I think about it any flaws look obvious when zoomed in so close but actually on wrist I dont think I'd notice the fraction of a mm difference.

My guess would be to email a TD and try to place a custom order for a new bezel insert. Or just buy a gen one if you want to pay the extra $$$.

I spoke to Puretime and they can source me a pearl in around 10 days for $25. Seems reasonable but I may just look to sell it and pay the difference to get an LV

If not puretime then try intime. I'm doing a custom order for a new set of hands through them currently. I'm sure there are others that will help you out, for a fee of course.

Are pearls falling out that common? I haven't heard of it until today, so curious if I get an ARF if i should somehow glue it down better.

It is i saw atleast 8 in other threads and here, sure 8 of 10000 is not many but in the last few days i saw more and more posts (and pms) about it.

Something i had seen myself, they changed the "M" of Submariner in the new dial. Its not going to the bottom anymore, it drops right in the middle. I have no idea why they changed it.
