The Rolex crown on dial is wonky . massive tell . would have rejected QC on this

As others also commented, the crown is off on the dial. It looks flimpsy in some way.

Arf VS Gen. Rodhium, but the rep. has been modded(serviced all movement, polish, 1.75mm turning, waterproof seal) .. it would take a gen dial to make it 100 like gen(imho)

Would you say one of the main reasons the rep needs gen dial is because of the hour marker shape (at 3,6,9)?

On the 2018 models the rep hour markers are very obviously different from gen but on these it seems harder to tell? Thanks again

Infact, polishing absolutely like gen. the case and bracelet are perfect,(be careful, this Is a modded Rep.) the text is written with lighter finishes and less precise writing

Specola you coulda spent the 800 on a gen dial but what you did looks amazing already.

Here’s my new question for you: how is the ARF crystal different from gen? I’m guessing gen has a edge at the top

800 is a little much. I'd spend 300 on a gen dial. Maybe 400 but that's pushing it

Ouch. Yeah I wouldn't pay that. You're better off just waiting for a future rep version that will hopefully be better. Then just buying that dial

At the end of the day I've never seen an OP out in the wild so it's not a big deal.

If someone does ever call you out you can just say "it's an aftermarket dial, all they had available was purple"

I’ve had 2 OP39 reps and Now I want the gen dial just to relieve my neurosis looking at hour markers being so far off.

I’ve never bought anything with the reasoning “that’s what they happened to have”

Arf Crystal Is like gen.
the blanket is short, if you buy an original dial and do not fix the movement, you will have problems with the Watch, 800€(+700/800€ gen dial) toal 1500€(to much) imho
