ARF 114300 Oyster Perpetual

Hate to resurrect an old thread here, but the stress / hours of research on trying to find the most accurate Sub (ARF v3 / ZZF v2) or Daytona (Noob v10) is starting to get to me and now I see flaws in literally everything. Like - if either were on wrist or showed up in an insta story of mine, I feel like anyone could see the flaws.... maybe I'm overthinking it, but I've got to just roll with an agreed-upon Super Rep for now until more reviews on the ZZF Sub show up.....

Which led me here - is the verdict on the ARF 114300 considered a Super Rep in the same vein as the JF was? From what I've read, they are the same manufacturers but different steel bodies? If I snag an ARF 114300 in Grey, and service it immediately, should I generally be worry-free on wearing in an office environment around gens? Some of the comparison pics in this thread lead me to think no....but maybe I'm overthinking it.

ebitdaddy - the biggest issue with the ARF is the oval of the crown on the dial. I think if someone was specifically looking at that and was comparing it to a gen or a photo it'd be pretty obvious. But unless someone is specifically challenging the authenticity and took it off your wrist and sat and inspected it there's virtually no way they'd see that. Unless of course they were intimately shopping for fakes themselves. The face looks good from what I can see - the hour marker corners are nicely rounded, the crown shape is good (but is it maybe not 3D enough?). I vastly prefer the 2824 movement but the the engraving perhaps looks pretty bad - the crown on the clasp looks pretty rough, and there's a lot of burn marks and roughness on the rest of the clasp engraving too.

Guys planning to buy black or white dial since grape and grey got more obvious circled crown , which one(black or white) is better and whats the difference to gen?Cant find any info on forum
