Are watches treated differently than other products at ISC New York (USPS) Customs?

Ok so maybe I still have a chance. The fact that it said "processed through ISC NY" for 35 days and then it finally switches to say "your item is being processed by customs" hopefully means customs was just letting it sit in a crate for 35 days before getting to it.
another update: tracking has said:
Processed through ISC New York for 35 days
Then it switched to "your item is being processed by united states customs" and it was like that for 9 days.
Now it when I check the usps tracking it says: [h=2]Label Created, not yet in system[/h] A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon.
and all tracking history is gone as if it never existed.
what the hell is happening to my package?
And now its back to saying "your item is being processed by united states customs" and all my tracking history is back. This whole process is agonizing especially since this is my very first rep purchase.

Interesting, this has not been the best experience for you so far. Best of luck.. the second time around with customs? Don't worry it wont always be like this. I have a friend who has issues with ISC too for car parts. Took him months.
so it said "processed through ISC NY" and it stayed like that for 35 days. Then it finally changed to "your item is being processed by united states customs", which leads me to believe customs had it sitting around that whole time and they finally got around to it. But now its said "your item is being processed by united states customs" for 25 days now. Is my watch a goner?
When should I expect a seizure letter? 35 days of "processed through ISC NY", which then switched to about 45 more days of "your item is being processed by united states customs". Any hope of it still arriving?
I also have a watch shipment that has stopped at ISC New York customs, which is odd as I am in Chicago but not unheard of. But it has been there for 30 days now. The only time this happened before to me was a seizure, took a few months to receive the official notice. So unfortunately I assume that this is as good as gone, not a cheap order either.
