In my gens (I have exactly 70 APs now having sold a few duplicate pieces past 2 weeks) the date changes occur between 2350-0010hrs.
I think that 2359hrs is very acceptable in a rep (or any gen in fact). And more precise than a lot of gens I’ve personally seen. I do monitor the date changes because useless to most as it may be, I am pedantic about the instant date change and the time of change personally.

Just my humble collection. I also have a collection of Rolex, Patek and RMs and a smattering of other brands like Hublot, Franck Muller and Panerai.
The thing is, my rotation for daily wear (when I do wear watches) is pretty small, i find myself always reaching for the same few watches each time.

Yeah, I just ordered one with Li without asking waiting times. Anybody has some rough estimation ?

According to Li the white and black have a very high demand. Gray has the least that's why it's readily available.

Same here. Ordered a gray 15500, QC within 2-3 days (checked that JEWEL was spelled correctly obviously), shipped the same day and on the way now.
