Hi quick question, My TD sent me a 15500 QC picture and it has V2 on the box. Is this right?

Just picked this up m2m c&r and seems good. No movement or qc issues from what I can tell.

I can't figure if this is V2 or V3 from ZF. Can anyone help ?
That's the clone movement so it's the latest version. It gets called "V3" but it's actually labeled as "V2" in China AFAIK.

What exactly is updated?
Engraved movement? Dial?
Those would be interessting. Especially the engraved movement.

Honestly, the “rumour” is kinda baseless. I got it from a youtube comment (by a seller) lol attached is the screenshot of it

Getting To Know The Place
If it does come to be true, that's great, but "an update of undisclosed significance" isn't much to go on.
Just wanted to chime in that I'm having a great time with the V3 to the point where a lot of the potential cosmetic mods seem much less attractive to me now. Not pointless as I'm sure they improve the watch on a technical level, but I have to give it to legend, it is a hell of a lot of watch at this price point, period.
Photos don't really do it complete justice as the dial can be marginally more dynamic than shown, but will attach anyway. I definitely understand the criticism of ootb factory dials in general being flatter shine-wise relative to the genuine article, though I am a fan of the bit more muted/subdued look it can bring, and the construction. I do wonder how they will end up tackling things like the ice blue dials that explode with brilliance.
For what this watch is though, it is excellent (to me). I'm sure other can find a million different things wrong, but I do love it for what it is.

Have just ordered a ZF 15500 V3 clone....should I have waited for a potential new model?
I'm debating doing a dial swap. DP dials feel too shiny, ZF feel a little lacklustre, but heard the MPF dial is a good compromise.
What's everyone's opinion?

It’ll probably be a while until you see another update, and even when it comes out, you wont be able to tell much of a difference. Be happy you got one of the best AP reps ootb, oh and congrats on the order!
