APSF and ZF Royal Oak 15500 w 4302 clone caliber

Hey bro what happened with the pics? Did the parts fit the clone 4302? Can you share some info on compatibility with gen parts?

The movement seems really well made though. Don't see a high failure rate with those as the movement is quite simple and robust. No extravagant complications and the date change looks sturdy enough.
Dangdong movements have proven quite reliable. VS 3135 and 3235 have negligible failure rate having the same date complication. Even the 4130 clone is reliable and that given the much more failure prone chrono complication.
I'd say the current Dangdong clones are on par with the sub 750$ gen watches quality wise. A number of my friends have had issues with Oris, Tissot, U-boat. My gen Mido needed a service covered by the warranty.
The 15500 is a fantastic rep. Just buy it!

You're basically asking a crowd of swimmers if any of them gotten wet yet.
I'd say it's been long enough on the market for it to potentially constitute a miracle if nobody on RWI would have seen one malfunctioning yet.
Is the engraving issue a big deal and if so do you think it’d something to be fixed in the near future is the V3 gonnna be the end all
That's up for you to decide. So far the AP15500 has been selling incredibly well, so no need to update as of now.

You have a rouge screw at 1 o'clock.Maybe I was unlucky but mine broke. Some of the internal parts of the movement broke. I had issues with it keeping power reserve when I first received it. I paid ~$400 for my watchsmith to fully fix and upgrade the mechanism. Just got it back and it’s working great. Didn’t want to deal with sending it back and forth to China for ‘warranty’.
I’m looking at ORF 15500 white dial. It seems to have more silver effect than VF which I like but I may be wrong, any info on the ORF ?
I can't tell from the pictures and i think no one yet ordered the ORF. I guess ZF and ORF are pretty much the same quality, so if you like the white dial better on the ORF...go on with it.
In my opinion they are all very different from the subtle squares and highly engineered gen tapestry. Zf version 3 have come closest but ORF new dial is impressive and looks like Zf have new competition.
Lol I realized my watchsmith put the top right bezel screw in unaligned. Doh. Is there a way I can fix that? I have basic tools. Otherwise I’ll send it back out but it’ll take a week or two.
