I will go with no. That means you have a month to get it from the factory, where it hasn't been released to your door. Not sure where you are located but I would assume North America as I believe most of Europe celebrated International Workers Day in May (Wikipedia told me, don't blame me for being wrong if I am). Usually seems a rep takes 3 weeks or so to get this way if it's in stock. So I would say it needs to be out by the end of next week for you to achieve a labour day wristie. I feel this may not happen
