I just watched the PureTime video on Pam438. What is the significance (is there any!?) of Angus unscrewing the bezel & crystal assembly?!
Is it supposed to be like some benefit or something, serving a purpose? Just wondering

Front removable bezel is a big advantage if you need to work on the face (dust, dirt on hands, etc.). It is gen spec. You do not want to pry a press-fit ceramic bezel away from a mid-case: it will likely break.
