you should had got the a2824 then powermatic upgrade later. swiss eta from rep factory will be dirty and or hybrid swiss. try asking TD to switch for a2824. use savings for modding

The Powermatic movement is nice, but if the parts are broken or damaged, it can't be repaired, right?

Hey! Where do you have that info from? I know, that this could apply to the ETA 2836, as this movement was really popular in Asia a few years ago, but I never heard something like this for the 2824?! Can anybody confirm?
Nevertheless, I wrote Ryan a mail to have an eye on it!

And about the NWBG on this v9 and his green hands ?
buy the V9 and get it relumed or live with this fault. I don't like it. It would bother me a lot.
As far as i know are all V7 divers merely out of stock...

I ordered mine a week ago from intime. What problems should i look out for? (I see the lume is too green and maybe the 12 marker is misaligned?) . Also I guess my swiss ETA was a waste of money ? lol should've checked the forums before buying.
Also I ordered from inTIme, how long does it usually take for them to send QC pics after purchase? They said 3-4 days but its been a little over a week now.

Is the JF V9 crystal genlike enough? What about the transparency? I have a XF v2 15706 and kind of want to source a 15703’s crystal since I heard it would be better than the stock XF crystal, not as transparent but more gemlike. Will it fit?
How did you pay? QC comes normally 3-4 days after they received the payment!

Hey guys, just got QC pics. Any flaws you guys see? I feel like the dial might not be as "wet" as people say they are? Will also probably get it relumed as well. Also does the 12 hour marker look a little squished? Or is that just me.
