Would any mods like to undertake the distibition. Advertise the promotion here, Pay the mod for watch and shipping, and forward shipping, and maybe a modest contribution to the site?

Only question, would customs be a pain in the balls if the order were larger (50-100 watches)?

I purchased this watch from Mark @ TS; as a non-expert/novice, it looks pretty good to me and seems to be a great bargain; I purchased the bezel insert from the eBay seller listed in the thread link & it was shipped quickly to me, but this "correct" insert did not fit the bezel (it was too small); so much so that the family jeweler I use for my reps couldn't install it (after I tried to install it myself). Very disappointed. I had to use a watchsmith over on RWG to repair the problems I created with my attempts to do it myself; the original insert is glued back on and that's how it's going to stay. Point of all this: just be careful & make sure the bezel insert actually fits.

I have one of TS's $68 milsubs on order. It'll be my second ever rep and looks to be a good base for a vintagizing project. Here's a QC pic I received yesterday.

Obviously the hands, pearl and bezel are wrong, but I'll be using the watch as a beater rather than a faux-collector's item.

What I will be doing to the watch is some light vintagizing. I'm not confident of being able to remove the hands and dial, so I may just leave these as is. The case will get the treatment and the bezel will get a light fading. I haven't yet decided whether to remove the pearl all together or simply stain it.

It is missing the minute markers all the way around the bezel insert. There are a few out there that are a bit better.

yeah, I bought this a while ago. Great piece! The only problem I had was trying to swap the original insert with the recommended one. It didn't work out at all. The "gen' bezel didn't fi! Still, a great watch!
