Yes, I was worried that the DLC colour could have been too dark. From the QC pics it is a nice tone, close to the Gen.

First impression: I love it!
DCL finish from KW is fantastic, with a different character subject to light conditions.
The dark brown/grey Asso strap is very well made, but a bit stiff as every rep strap. I didn't bothered too much since I change it straight away with a Dirk Pav91
Faux patina colour in both hands and index looks spot on.
Case back is nicely engraved. CG snaps tight and CG pin is perfectly flushed.
i will leave the case shape description and other technical details to the real expert

Finally ! The long awaited review if the 599, thanks for the beautiful pics and review. Looks cracking on that dirk strap, always found dlc/pvd to match well with red straps. Enjoy it in good health

Yes, that's the reason why I tried to shoot pics with different background and lights. It is more a Matt dark grey than black.
Great mate! Looks very nice. The case shape is very good imho. Middle case seems accurate and lug holes are right now.
