Any interest in VR3186 movements?

It would be great also to get to know the price for the change of the movement. How much would a watchsmith demand for this? What is the approx. cost? I have no idea about the costs for a change. Thank you everybody for sharing. Have a great Christmas
I believe i have already replied you that the movement will cost 250usd shipped. You said you need to check because you might just want to buy the whole vrf watch instead.

Do I need a dial also when changing it from Noob Pepsi 3285 to this VR SA3186. My watchsmith told me that the dial wont fit.

Im not sure if you need a new dial. The dial feet may not fit but the dial can easily be glued on.

Ok, Domi says that a new dial is needed. So if anyone is going to change it with the 3186 CHS „timebomb“ movement, you will need a dial that fits.
And you need also to test whether the hands do fit also. So it is not just a change of the movement and the rest automatically will fit. This is what I got as info from watchmaker Domi (he is also here at the forum). This only applies if you are going to switch from „timebomb“ movement 3186 to VR3186.
Received the first movement. 5 more will be coming by early January. A few already reserved by a couple of members.
Actually i dont mind. And theres really only 1 person asking all sorts of questions. The ones who really knows, dont need to ask so much, at least not on the thread itself
16710 and the sorts. In future when ARF/VRF releases more colours and variants of the GMT, there will bound to be needs for this movement, for frankens, for repairing, for replacement of movement etc.
I know the demand for this movement wont be as high as the 3135, thats why im gauging interest with this thread. So far the interest has been above what I expected to be honest.
