Pretty sure if they kept the same dial it would look really small in a larger case.

uhmmmm aren't you just contradicting yourself?

besides, I think the DJII's have the same dial as the DJI but bigger bezel and case IIRC

I don't have the measurements, but I'm pretty sure the DJII has a bigger dial, too. Otherwise, I'm sure we would have seen many gen owners moving their favorite DJ dials to the bigger case.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to wait a bit longer before I can have a DJII with burled wood and diamonds!

why 37mm? Did they just measure it differently than the real 36mm one or is it truly a mm off? Why would you make it a mm off?

I found that there is no real standard of practise on how one measures a watch and what standards of practise is put on the specification for watches on these TD's. 37mm could be 36, or it could be 38. which one is it?

Same case, measured differently or incorrectly. It's supposed to be 36mm.

The size difference between a 36 and a 38 is pretty noticeable. That's vintage Milgauss and Tudor Jumbo territory.

honeytiger: Is there a blackout Explorer rep out there?

Hi I'm looking for a 36mm Explorer I.. everything I see is the 39mm. :(

Try Robert at Time4Direct. He sells them for $57 (at least the last time I looked). I purchased one & it's great!
