Why not just ask for a replacement dial from the TD? If you are having it serviced, the dial will have to be removed anyhow.

I already emailed the TD, waiting on a response. I totally am on the same page with you.

You're not the only one, there was another member who had a blue dial that had a printing error as well.

if you want a perfect watch, go to an AP authorized dealer... these are reps, regardless of how much you spend on it...

Beware 15400 angus

if you want a perfect watch, go to an AP authorized dealer... these are reps, regardless of how much you spend on it...

Reps or not a product is a product.

Especially when I decided to go with the more expensive of the two items, do you think I went for it for more flaws or less flaws?

Consider that most dials are a solid color, one big BIG feature IS the dial on THIS watch, now most of the other people did not see either until I painted a Neolithic picture and made ape sounds while doing it. The photo is not fantastic, but when you look, it's ABSOLUTELY wrong, I'm not saying there is a effin pin hole dot of lume missing or over poured, (I'm not saying it's wrong to complain over that either). I'm saying this is a GIANT feature, think looking at your QC for a submariner and you approve. Then looking at it simply, not trying to go over the details, it hits you in the face, it's spelled Rloex. How would you then feel.

Reps or not a product is a product.

You have over 400 posts but seems like you skipped the "what to expect from a replica" thread... A shame that anyone can come here and start bashing our TDs for something really stupid!!! Beware??? Beware of what? That replicas are replicas and not genuine?

Good things come to those who wait, but better things come to those who hustle!

Wtf is that quote? And if you took a moment to read the simple posts in THIS topic you will see that I'm NOT bashing a TD, I'm giving a warning to any who buy one of these HALF the people here didn't see it and they are pros. It's a big feature.

Thank you, hopefully I can just get a new dial from ANYWHERE but the one that is in the advertised photos. It will be fine but it's rather annoying.

I feel your pain, but you will not notice this from 8 inches away, it's too small.

I'm still convinced there is no problem and it's a result of a lower resolution of pixels than the actual etched pattern. This happens all the time in photos. But for now just wait until you get the watch, and if it is ****** up I'm sure Angus will make it right. No need to fly off the handle. Be PATIENT and it will all work out.

I was not sure if the TD was PT. If so, Angus will make things work out. He takes customer satisfaction pretty seriously.

It is a very weird error, and only possible if the dial was cut from in between patterns rather in the centre of one.

Stop offering donations when you're not even a VIP yet. Nothing irks me more than people who use this forum and fail to contribute.

Where is the picture showing this defect? I know i must be missing something. I'm still only seeing the first picture that doesn't show anything but little squares. And that's even on a 21" monitor.

Are other people seeing this design pattern flaw on this picture. Cause if you are, I'm getting my eyes checked tomorrow.

Zoom in to the word Swiss and look at the arches. Wrong direction.

And BMW your statement is confusing in direction, however I am a man of my word. I would need to be to be so angry about deceptiveness would I not?

Hey OP, has it arrived yet and what is actually like in the flesh so to speak? As bad as the photos, can you see the problem when its on your wrist?

I just took delivery of a blue dial 15400 ZF, paid about $480 with shipping. Crooked 12 markers and flat looking dial colour did not stop me accepting it.

On arrival the dial was fine, magnificent in sunlight actually.
The dial markers I will get fixed by my loacl watchsmith when I take it in and get the movement serviced. Extra expense I know, but I am happy to pay and get the rep closer to how I want it.
