This 55mm rep had engraved on the inside, yes.

I thought that all RB had the engraving inside.. So curiously

I've owned about 6 gen pairs of Ray Ban wayfarer over about 8 years. My glasses collection is very much like my watch one! They alternate locations of printing, and which sides of the glass are engraved. It's similar to how Rolex Subs have minute dial differences.

Don't worry, the engraving is just the same as gen.

I told you they were worth ordering . I'm waiting on 6 pairs for friends and family lol.they are that good.

Jeez, that's quite a few. Are you concerned about customs? If they're all in one box, it might raise eyebrows, just due to size.

I'm planning on buy a whole bunch of these (if the ones from the seller I chose are good) for stocking stuffers and gifts this year. I'm wondering if I should ask the seller to put only two in each box or something. I haven't had customs issues in the past (watches and glasses), but a large shipment would concern me.

Yes I was very concerned, I have sent 3 to my address and 3 to my mother in laws lol. Elina the seller said anymore than 3 at a time was a concern

I'm pretty amazed by the quality of these reps. Pretty much gen, to be honest. I won't be buying any Ray Ban again, Oliver Peoples are a different story though..

I'm going to get some UV test cards to see if the lenses are as safe as gen pairs. I would hate to wear these at the beach and get sun burnt corneas!

Uk customs isn't that strict unless you take the mickey. My last package from narikka had 2 watches in from thailand, it was opened by hmrc, resealed and sent on to me, I was suprised both watches were still in the box tbh

You can add as many addresses as you like on ali.just make sure you select the correct ones at checkout and that the seller is aware via the messages box. I'm sticking with the same seller as she is so responsive to messages, she even asks opinions about new stock and what I'd like to see in the store etc, very professional compared to most that ignore all messages

Also as others have pointed out on the other ali thread.....I'm 99% sure that all the ones listed as "genuine" on ebay are the very same glasses , dodgy ebay sellers must be making a small fortune, let's just hope the tax man catches up with them

That wouldn't surprise me, that's part of why I've always avoided ebay in general
