Hey guys, I ordered from DHGate for the first time in early April. The day after I placed the order the item disappeared from the store. There had been no movement on the tracking for about 6 weeks so I messaged the seller if it'd been posted. He just asked for my email, I asked why and he said he needed my email.

I didn't give him my meail, I put in a refund request due to "invalid tracking" - 2 days later he drops the package off at the mailbox. The refund request doesn't work as it's now tracking the item - another 6 weeks later my package arrives (today). An empty envelope.

Never this issue with Ali, and tbh it's pretty disgusting they would do this/can get away with this. Why not just say the item is no longer available?... Fuck DHGate.

Can you dispute it with your CC company?

I have ordered some shirts and a track suit
Quality was complete crap. Really not worth it. Bad fabric, all measurements wrong. I have tried 3 different seller for shirts all in different price range: all were same quality.

agree. out of maybe 20 shirts I bought i kept none. Half were wrong size or really bad fitting. A couple were having defects (like buttons not aligned). Those i wore the most were not holding up the 3rd/4th laundry..

I go uniqlo and buy good cotton, perfect fitting for 20 bux

EDIT: Suits on the contrary could be a decent bargain provided you have a tailor who can touch up. If you are one who wears suits often you can save up a lot (70-80$ for a suit is a bargain imho). You have to give them about 15 measurements (neck, shoulder, waist, length, arm..etc etc) so they can't be too wrong. I ordered 3 and was satisfied with them
