Hey guys, I ordered from DHGate for the first time in early April. The day after I placed the order the item disappeared from the store. There had been no movement on the tracking for about 6 weeks so I messaged the seller if it'd been posted. He just asked for my email, I asked why and he said he needed my email.

I didn't give him my meail, I put in a refund request due to "invalid tracking" - 2 days later he drops the package off at the mailbox. The refund request doesn't work as it's now tracking the item - another 6 weeks later my package arrives (today). An empty envelope.

Never this issue with Ali, and tbh it's pretty disgusting they would do this/can get away with this. Why not just say the item is no longer available?... Fuck DHGate.

never happened to me but i believe that you can raise a dispute. anyway if you dont click on Order received they dont get the money

It's been a while since I've ordered from Aliexpress, it's a shame that almost all of the good stuff has been removed from it.
