For a long time myself and my family members are using high end prescription lenses from various Aliexpress stores. IMO these lenses are nowhere inferior to branded lenses, at significantly lower cost. I suggest to buy frames first (online or local), try if it suits you and then send blank frames for lens fitting service.

I bought Photochromic Free Form Progressive and normal Free Form Progressive lenses from two stores, multiple times. Both are great. Their current stores are :

Prescription lenses are by far my greatest find and most useful part of Aliexpress. As long as these sellers keep up their store, I do not see myself buying costly branded prescription lenses anymore, locally. Others mileage may vary.

Seriously, fake fragrances are not something that you should purposely look for. Think about the potential health damage it could do to you. Also, it's all watered down and the scent will be gone within minutes.

Just look for clone or something in similar vein. For example, Creed Aventus is expensive so there are plenty of individuals who purchase clones of it.

Great post thanks. Just ordered some oliver peoples sunglasses to test out the frame and will then order the same with prescription lenses if I like them

Other two stores mentioned in my post also carries prescription Sunglass Lenses.

Prescription lenses including prescription sunglasses lenses are of very good quality. Frames must be chosen carefully as quality of frames deviates a lot.

Really? I routinely spend $100ish on shoes - I have a rotation of about 6 or so pairs and some of them are close 3 years old now and they're all in great condition (besides wear on the heel).

If I got a couple of them reheeled they'd all be in great condition. I think you have poor taste in shoes...

However, if you do buy some shoes on ali let me know how it goes I'm looking for some boat shoes.

The glasses on ali are great, they're the only thing I've worn for 18 months. Equivalent quality frames to any Luxottica brand like Ray Ban and Oliver Peoples and the lenses are better than those from Specsavers and such places.

I think for this you would be better off looking at EBay. You might be surprised how many people buy expensive shoes and and sell them on in as new condition.
