Wear it if you like it. Just don't pretend it's YSL, because it will look nothing like the sheer luxury of a $5k coat. For a start it will not have leather, but PU sleeves, and the rest is hard to judge from the picture.
A bit of a lottery that one. But may prove to be a winner.

Guys, so I just pulled the trigger on this YSL Mexican Teddy jacket (click on the link of the vendor's pics) I have attached

Which only flaws I see is the collar is a denim blue on the original while on the rep it has kind of a blue solid. And the T-Rex has a baby flaw.

I have until tonight to change into the YSL Teddy jacket of the bird and tiger.

Only paid 55 bucks (which is dope because the original is almost 5 thousand bucks) but tell me if I'm just being really anal now that I'm starting to learn flaws, or it's wearable in public.

Meh, I'm gonna change the order then lol.

The purpose of a rep is to look like the real deal.

Unless it's something like shoes, because if it's comfortable and has flaws, who cares.

I don't think these are reps but I came across them looking for Chelsea boot reps and really like them. If anyone finds them on Ali or another site could they post a link. I will just suck it up and learn how to buy them on Taobao if I can't find them anywhere else. I am wary of the kind of shipping charged for such an item.

Excellent shoes! Congrats on the purchase! I'm stuck with just Nike Air Maxs and a few other EU47/US13 size shoes. They just don't make all styles in these sizes!

It is a very specific boot I am looking for, very different to the one you linked. I am pretty sure they were made to order as that Taobao site has some incredibly detailed photo. I would say they are a rep of a high end boot I just haven't seen. They have shown up in a number of Tao stores besides the one I linked so I would say it is only a matter of time before I see them on Ali.

Suede type material, chelsea boot look, distressed dark toes, nipped material in the centre and a wooden heal.
