Seriously? No one could offer some help? I am trying to help the maker to make these watch correct. I see active threads with new releases. But no one even left a word here? Or you dont care? If you dont care and I can tell the maker to engrave whatever he likes.

Could be your bland thread title. May not be generating enough interest for clicks. Either way your closing statement is really uncalled for. Noob can engrave what he wants and we can choose to not buy. Noob would be at the loss not us. So chill out dude. Its also the weekend here, so responses might be slower.

The reason most people can't offer this info is because of the prices of making a ceramic Franken... Buying those gen pieces are extremely expensive and rare to come upon because of rolex keeping a tight ship now... I could guess what the gen end links engravings are but what good would that be.. Your best bet is to hope someone here has a gen 116613 and have them take the bracelet off... Might have better luck posting on TRF honestly...

"Live" over on RG could probably help you Angus. The guy apparently knows everything about Sub C's on that board.

I cant see the 116613 series being any different than the 116610.

I think you can find and make out the end link engravings on these braclets in the "Rolex Submariner Story" book. I have an electronic copy and it does show the end links but when you zoom in, things get a little fuzzy... but it should help if you have an electronic copy of the book.

Like you said, "I will tell the maker to engrave whatever he likes" . .................... hmmm, not very friendly now for a TD to say that. Does not sound like a request. More like a 'demand', or else. Live it blank then. .....Easy way out. ......................With all due respect, good luck, and I hope you find the correct engravings.

If I remember correctly, end links for both is 97203.

Blue is 116613LB while Black is 116613LN but both are 116613 only on the lugs.

It was not for you, and I am not saying this as a TD, when I post not in my sub-forum, I am a forum memher like you are. This thread was views many times and not even a single person left a word, even like "Hope some one can help Noob to make these right". So no one makes me think this is important. I am not making these watches, they will sell whatever the maker makes them, but if he makes it correctly and the forum members will be benefited as only we care about such details, the maker said they will engrave according to their experience, but I told them not, let me check with the forum experts first and I am sure they could offer some help. It would be stupid for me to tell them I could not get any info from the forums.

I maybe over-reacted but I believe I would get more replies if the title says "SUB V5 released".

Thanks! Do you know if the serial number is engraved on the lug which has STAINLESS STEEL engraved?

The Book is : " The Rolex Submariner Story" by the great collector and Italian author Snr. Guido Montani.........at Amazon.com and also available in an Apple Ipad version as shown here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0V8P86-mK4 ......this book is a "must have" with serious Rolex collectors and aficionados to be taken seriously. Even Christy's and Sothebys high end auction houses always keep a copy of this book as a reference. Perhaps the factories should have a copy of this book. It would help out greatly in their pursuit of the perfect Rep. .......best regards.

I think Angus deserves a little more respect around here.
Just my humble opinion.

This is an awesome initiative to get the things exactly as members want them. Really appreciate it, thanks Angus. Sorry I can´t add anything of value, I´d really like to and hope somebody here or on the other forums has the correct info (or contained in the guide Sumikito posted, thanks as well).

well done for this post angus , these type of posts from the factories asking for advice/help should be far more common than they are.

if only the factories contacted the forum members that have enormous amounts of knowledge on rolex watches more often , we would all have fantastic watches within a few months .

instead , we get this ( example )

V1 : correct CG's , wrong hands
V2 : correct hands, wrong CG's
V3 : correct hand, correct CG's , wrong font on bezel

you get the picture

maybe it's a type of planned obsolescence , where we have to keep buying watches

The modern Rollies (cerachrom) do not have the serials engraved between the lugs, if that's what you're asking. stainless steel only on one side and the reference in the other.

Here are pics of my gen 114060:
