No you send it back but they will usually offer to pay postage. I've only gotten in touch when asked for size comparisons and they've been well out. If they don't respond to questions before buying I've pulled the trigger once or twice before but been caught small and had to deal with it - but when it's about £10 I've just given them to the missus and she's been happy ha.

OK, despite how immature and stupid this thread crapping is, I'll be damned if this isn't the best sig-worthy quote ever

I ended up on this thread because of the trench coats and ended up ordering one but not the same as the others on here, I decided to spend a little more (£70 at time of order) to try and avoid resin buckles and a sewn down gun flap:
So, overall I'm quite happy, I don't know how accurate the neck tag is but I get the feeling it isn't too close, quality is pretty good, no lose threads etc, the belt looks close to gen re non metal belt holes and again fake leather buckle and that all important buttoned gun flap.
Size wise I'm a size uk small and went for large and it fits well, I maybe could have fit the medium if I wanted a much tighter fit.
From what I've seen I'd recommend it over any of the previous ones posted on here.
Sorry if the pics are huge, not sure how to resize.
